Some weddings are better than others. Of course that has to be true. We’re lucky that almost every wedding we cover is great fun and we’re made to feel more than welcome by the couple and their guests. We make new friends and come home with a ton of images we’re genuinely excited to show the couple when they return from their honeymoon. And some weddings will go down in history!
Luan & Paul were married last month at All Saints Church in Sherbourne before having a reception that raised the bar at the magnificent Walton Hall near Stratford-Upon-Avon. Every part of the day had been planned meticulously and there were a few surprises along the way…
Maybe I should warn you now… There are A LOT of photos in this post! 🙂
On to the church…
Paul’s first surprise – Fireworks as they arrived at Walton Hall…
Paul treated himself to a Lamborghini for the weekend.
Hi everyone 🙂
Love the idea for the table names.
After dinner some firemen arrived saying some fire regulations may have been breached. A few minutes later they burst into song, singing Grease classics and flirting with the guests 🙂
Luan broke with tradition and gave a great speech.
Time for some portraits…
Yet another amazing cake by our good friend Ben The Cake Man
Right then… Ready for this?! A wedding classic moment.
Luan grew up with a crush on Jordan Knight from New Kids On The Block. When she was younger she thought she might one day marry him 🙂 Paul’s next surprise was a personal video message from Jordan wishing her best wishes on her wedding day from him and all the boys in NKOTB! Here’s Luan’s reaction…
My 2nd shooter, Chris, captured the scene from another angle.
More fireworks 🙂
The party went on well past midnight and the dancefloor stayed packed the whole time.
A dance with Dad
What a wedding! So much fun from start to finish. A beautiful venue, great guests and a fantastic couple. Luan and Paul have chosen around 150 images for their album. It’s going to be amazing. And HUGE! 🙂
Thanks to Luan & Paul for inviting us along to capture such a great day. Definitely one of my favourite weddings yet.
Cheers guys 🙂
