Georgie & Mike’s wedding at Brixton East 1871 in Ye Olde London town was exactly the kind of wedding I love to photograph.
A little bit traditional, a little bit quirky, relaxed, fun and all about having a brilliant day surrounded by their favourite people.
This was one wedding where the couple allowed me complete freedom to document the day in my own way. They were less fussed about the formal stuff and far more interested in letting the day unfold and for me to capture it in all its glory.
Georgie looked absolutely amazing in her dress and her sisters/bridesmaids wowed everyone with their uber-cool white jumpsuits.
The ceremony was held at the impressive St Paul’s Church in Knightsbridge, after which everyone jumped on a red London bus and headed to Brixton East which is the perfect venue for a laid-back vibe.
They booked a fantastic band for the evening and the party was rocking from the very start. The dance floor was jumpin’ all night long!
This slideshow is just a few highlights from a fantastic day back in August…
