Tuesday night/Wednesday morning and it’s 1am.

I literally just got home from an evening editing at the studio, ordering in pizza and listening to Amy Seeley and A.A. Bondy, both perfectly soundtracking my night. You’d think I’d be done for the night but I was determined to blog Jo & Rick’s amazing wedding before calling it a night. In truth, I was hoping to have blogged this wedding about ten days ago but my days seem to run away with me, each seemingly lasting around ten hours rather than the 24 that were promised.

Jo & Rick were married a month ago at Cripps Barn near Bibury, one of the most picturesque parts of the Cotswolds. The weather had just cooled down considerably but it was a gorgeous, crisp, fresh autumnal day… Ok, it was bloody cold! But it wasn’t raining so I was happy. The timings on the day meant that we didn’t get much time for portraits but we still came away with a great collection of photos from the day.

I was helped out on the day by the always-smiling Emma Case (some of these photos are hers) and Jo & Rick and their guests made sure we felt like guests rather than hired photographers. The wedding itself was laid-back and great fun, with a fine selection of music throughout the day.  And plenty of damn fine tattoos on display too.

In the evening The Fun Booth was in full effect. Plenty more to come in another post but here are two of our fave Fun Booth photos…

Huge congrats to Jo & Rick. Such a great wedding! Thanks for having us along to enjoy the day with everyone :)

Cheers.

Right… time for bed…
